Prices and payment terms
All prices are quoted including tax. The final price excludes transport costs and any additional service costs. The shipping/delivery costs may apply are quoted following confirmation of the order or stated before.

Availability and Shipment
The staff will send, following completion of the order, an e-mail confirmation within 7-10 working days. In the case this is not received, we advise you to contact directly Famaney Hydroponics.
In the case of unavailable stock, even if temporary, of ordered goods Famaney Hydroponics holds the right to evade and process partially the order with the agreement of the client following prompt notification and this being understood that the client can cancel or partially cancel the order.
Transport and damage
Once the goods are transported, any risk is then on behalf of the recipient as soon as they have been handed to the courier.
